Requirement

A candidate must have passed the 10th standard with Science, Mathematics, and English from a recognized board.
 
There is a minimum requirement of 40% marks in the 10th grade.
 
The English language grade in either the 10th or 12th standard must be at least 40%.
Age – 17 to 28 years

A Brief Description Of The Course

Our program has been approved by the Directorate General of Shipping, Government of India, and is designed in accordance with its guidelines. With a focus on providing a sure path to becoming a qualified Deck Officer, our training program is perfect for School (X+II)/(A’ Level) graduates. Our academy offers 36 months of workshop training in carpentry, plumbing, machine shop, electrical shop, and hot work. Furthermore, candidates will be required to complete mandatory STCW training. Our program prepares you for a successful career as a qualified Deck Officer in the maritime industry when you enroll in our program.

Certificate Awarded

Upon successful completion of our training program and passing the exam, candidates will receive a Certificate of Competency issued by the Director General of Shipping, as well as a B.Sc. Degree in Nautical Science awarded by IMU. Our comprehensive training program will equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the maritime industry.
